Turmeric Tea: Healing, calming, spiced almond milk tea for pain and inflammation.

Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp. Ginger, ground

  • ¼ tsp. Turmeric, ground

  • 2 cups Almond milk

  • 5 Cardamom pods

  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper

  • 1 Cinnamon stick

  • 5 Peppercorns

  • 1 Star anise

  • Honey to taste
